Chef Petie is a renowned hibachi chef based in the Hampton Roads area of Southeastern Virginia, known for his bold flavors, hand-crafted sauces, and electrifying cooking style. With over 25 years of experience—and a foundation that includes training at Johnson & Wales—he has mastered the art of hibachi, blending traditional techniques with creative flair and serious flavor. A lifelong passion for cooking led him to launch Fire N Rice, where he brings his signature sizzle straight to the streets. Whether entertaining crowds with dynamic grill-side performances or crafting unforgettable dishes, Chef Petie’s dedication and dream of bottling up the magic shine through in every plate.

The Spicy Fried Rice had just the right amount of heat with the Habanero pepper. The Teriyaki Beef was on point and with the Spicy Teriyaki Sauce advanced the meal to another level!
